FAQ’s

Are your products food safe / dishwasher safe?

All of our products are food safe and dishwasher safe. However, in order to keep the shine and colour, I would strongly recommend hand washing where possible.

How long does it take for my item to be shipped?

We try our best to ship your order as soon as we can. However, please allow up to 3 working days from purchase for your order to be sent. Once sent shipping usually takes 3-5 working days.

Can I return my item if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds on products if you’ve changed your mind. However, if there is a problem with your item please do get in touch.

We spend a lot of time packing your order very carefully to ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event that it arrived damaged, please email hello@clayandcanvas.co.uk with attached photos and we can replace / refund your item.
