This 5-day intensive course is designed for beginners and those with some experience looking to build confidence, expand their skills, and dive deeper into the throwing process — all at a relaxed, steady pace.

Each day includes guided demos, hands-on wheel time, and space to develop your own ideas. You'll cover the full journey: from clay preparation and centring, to throwing forms like mugs, bowls and vases, plus trimming, finishing and adding handles.

With just four people in the group, there’s plenty of 1:1 support, time to problem-solve challenges, and room to grow. By the end of the week, you’ll have a strong foundation — and a beautiful collection of work to take away.

• Your own dedicated wheel for the week

• Up to 8 of your favourite pieces glazed and fired

• Studio basics: clay prep & wedging

• Developing form & shape with intention
• Self-led practice time with ongoing support
